Encompassing the cosmopolitan, eclectic nature of a truly global traveller, Tiya brings elements from the worldâs most beautiful cities and moments, weaving them together in the form of design. From the canals of Venice to the hills of Istanbul, Creative Director, Sania Maskatiya finds vibrancy in the everyday and the unexpected, creating a narrative in textures and prints that stem from a perception and memory from a land foreign to her.

STORY
After the incredible response to Saniaâs debut in Dubai and across platforms like Gigi Concept Store and Ounass, we continued to observe a clear demand for year-round resort wear on a global scale. This, combined with Saniaâs love for travel and the beautiful garments she has collected from around the world, inspired the creation of a fresh, easy-to-wear line. This new line aims to stand alongside international resort wear brands, embodying a sense of frivolity, joy, and wonder.
Having spent much of her life embedded in the rich culture of Pakistan, Sania began her namesake brand, "Sania Maskatiya" in 2010 inspired by the ornate silhouettes and archival treasures of her homeland. In 2024, Sania's travels outside of Pakistan inspired her to create her newest voyage, Tiya.
